Gluten Free Holiday Recipes with Milton's Crackers

The holidays can be stressful, especially while eating gluten free. That’s why these are so great — some delicious gluten free dips and recipe ideas paired with Milton’s Craft Bakers Gluten Free Crackers. Milton’s offers four flavor varieties of their gluten free crackers: Cheddar Cheese, Everything, Multi-Grain, and Crispy Sea Salt. We hope you enjoy making these easy and delicious recipes this holiday season. There’s something for everyone, including our vegetarian friends!

1. Gluten Free Buffalo Chicken Dip - paired with Milton’s gluten free cheddar cheese crackers

Ingredients:

  • Milton’s Craft Bakers Gluten Free Cheddar Cheese Baked Crackers

  • 4 chicken breasts seasoned with salt, pepper and olive oil (shortcut: use a rotisserie chicken)

  • 16 oz ranch dressing (gluten free, of course)

  • 1 package of shredded sharp cheese (we used jack cheese)

  • 16 oz plain cream cheese

  • 12 oz Frank’s Red Hot Sauce 

Instructions: 

Step 1: Cook chicken breasts in pan with salt, pepper & olive oil. Once cooked shred in a bowl, using two forks. Shortcut: Use rotisserie chicken to shred for quick results!

Step 2: Add Frank’s Red Hot Sauce to your shredded chicken and stir in the bowl until evenly blended. Spread in bottom of baking pan.

Step 3: Melt cream cheese and ranch dressing in a sauce pan. Pour over chicken in baking pan.

Step 4: Generously spread shredded cheese (the best part!) on top of chicken and sauce in baking pan.

Step 5: Bake at 375 degrees in oven for 40 minutes. Enjoy with Milton’s Gluten Free Cheddar Cheese Crackers!


2. Gluten Free “everything bagel” crackers

Ingredients:

  • Milton’s Craft Bakers Gluten Free Everything Baked Crackers

  • Plain whipped cream cheese (8 oz)

  • Everything bagel seasoning (we got ours at Trader Joe’s)

Instructions: 

Step 1: Spread cream cheese evenly over Milton’s Everything Baked Gluten Free Crackers.

Step 2: Evenly sprinkle everything seasoning on top of cream cheese on crackers.

Step 3: Enjoy!


3. Gluten Free Bruschetta - paired with Milton’s Gluten free Crispy Sea Salt crackers [vegetarian]

Ingredients:

  • Milton’s Craft Bakers Gluten Free Crispy Sea Salt Baked Crackers

  • 8 ripe plum tomatoes

  • 1/2 onion, chopped

  • 1/4 cup coarsely chopped fresh basil

  • 1/4 cup finely chopped fresh parsley

  • 1 tbsp olive oil

  • 1 tbsp lemon juice

  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions: 

Step 1: Wash, remove seeds and dice tomatoes. Place in mixing bowl.

Step 2: Chop onion, basil, and parsley. Add all chopped ingredients to bowl. (Set aside some basil for garnish.)

Step 3: Add olive oil, lemon juice, salt, and pepper to bowl. Mix everything together in bowl.

Step 4: Garnish bowl with chopped basil. Enjoy with Milton’s Gluten Free Crispy Sea Salt Baked Crackers!

4. Gluten Free Jammin’ crackers [vegetarian]

Ingredients:

  • Milton’s Craft Bakers Gluten Free Multi-Grain Baked Crackers

  • Your favorite jam (we recommend berry or fig)

  • Mandarin oranges

Step 1: Spread jam evenly over Milton’s Multi-Grain Baked Gluten Free Crackers.

Step 2: Peel and slice mandarin oranges. Add pieces on top of jammed crackers for garnish.

Step 3: Enjoy!
